Aromatherapy Workshop Schedule
Levels I, II & III are each two day workshops
Cost for each is $295.00 Early / $345.00 Late (less than 30 days prior): Register
Classes begin at 9:30 a.m. and end at 6:00 p.m. both days.
Level I Workshop - "Foundations of Aromatherapy for Healing Arts Practitioners" (15 CEs)
- June 2 & 3, 2012. (Sat/Sun)
- August 18 & 19, 2012. (Sat/Sun)
Levels I & II will be taught sequentially: Level I (two days) / One day break / Level II (two days).
Students can register for both classes or just one (Level I is a prerequisite for Level II).
Level II Workshop - "Making Effective EO Blends in Clinical Settings" (15 CE hrs.)
- June 5 & 6, 2012. (Tues/Wed)
- August 21 & 22, 2012. (Tues/Wed)
Levels I & II will be taught sequentially: Level I (two days) / One day break / Level II (two days).
Students can register for both classes or just one (Level I is a prerequisite for Level II).
Level III Workshop - "Clinical Practice in Healthcare Settings" (15 CE hrs.)
- September 22 & 23. (Sun/Mon)
Completion of both Levels I & II is a prerequisite for Level III.
NOTE: All 2012 workshops will be held in the classroom at Dr. Power's farm near Asheville North Carolina.
Additional classes MAY be added if these fill up like they did in 2011 but, this is not a "given" so register early.
Dr. Power MAY also offer other classes for graduates of classes and have a reunion gathering of all her students.
We'll just have to see what the year brings.
Location:
Asheville NC: Large classroom on Dr. Power's 50+ acre farm near Asheville NC (about midpoint between Asheville, Black Mountain & Hendersonville).
You will need a car so, if flying in just for the workshop, we recommend staying at hotel near airport and renting car there. It's about a 45-50 min. drive from airport to farm. But, if you're also vacationing, there are much fancier hotels in Asheville (about 30 min. from airport). Driving times: from Asheville to farm - about 30 minutes; Hendersonville to farm - about 45 minutes; Black Mountain to farm - about 25 minutes.; Batcave / Chimney Rock - about 25 minutes.
